Tuition Services

My tuition services are aimed at primary aged children (5-11), but I am fully inclusive and am more than happy to welcome older children working at this level if they would like to come along.

1:1 Primary English & Maths

A bespoke 45-minute reading, writing or maths session tailored to your child’s individual interests and needs. 1:1 sessions are booked in advance in half termly blocks (your first session can be booked as a one-off trial). Most sessions are online, with a small number of face-to-face slots available for those living in Solihull. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and availability.

About Me

I have been a primary school teacher for fifteen years. Before that, I spent many years working in before and after school clubs and nurseries for babies and toddlers.

My favourite job of all is being Mummy to my two little girls, who are eleven and eight years old. This summer, I decided that it was time to leave the classroom and begin a new adventure. The main reason for this was to allow me to spend more time at home with my children. They are excited to be part of this new journey too!

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked across the whole primary age range, gaining a wealth of experience from Nursery to Year 6. Becoming a parent has made me realise that whilst mainstream school can be wonderful, it is not for everyone. Many children flourish outside of the classroom, where they are free to be their authentic selves and learn at their own pace, in their own way.
